Capital Programme Manager

This module has been developed to help you create and manage capital funding programmes. It can be used in conjunction with the survey tool, or with external imported data, enabling you to accurately allocate funding from any funding stream. The module is also designed to provide live information on how funding is being used as projects proceed. Additionally, if you manage a portfolio of buildings this module offers the ability to have a whole estate overview, with access to individual site data.

Asset Manager

Create a detailed asset management schedule with a plan of which assets are held, their value, their future value and the costs associated with maintaining or disposing of them. The process allows you to detail all asset information ensuring you have a clear and concise register which is easily filtered, managed and updated.

Strategic Survey Tool

This interactive survey module is designed to allow simple and consistent building surveys, allowing you to understand your premises, and allocate funding appropriately. This tool automatically generates priorities and costings, considering condition, suitability, sufficiency, health, safety and safeguarding issues. The module is also suited to multi-property portfolios where site information, often being provided by a range of professionals, is formulated into a standard readable and pertinent format. Easily updatable, with a simple search and filter function, this module generates a prioritised and costed strategic plan of works.

Helpdesk

Interact directly with school staff, building consultants, contractors and central fundholders using Statlog’s Helpdesk module. Problems and issues can be logged with critical information automatically generated and linked to projects or tasks. Record, track and resolve issues, monitor progress, escalate problems and collaborate with all stakeholders.

Project Manager
